I shipped 4 parcels from Ireland to Italy. At first I booked the collection for 1st May. They did not pass by as it was a holiday but I could pick the date from the website and I was not warned about it. They come to collect the parcels on 2nd May and everything arrived on 8th May. Apart from the small misunderstanding with collecting the parcels arrived on time and in a good condition. I have also booked a separate shipping but I cancelled it shortly after. I have asked for a refund and after a week I got all the money back to my bank account. I would rate customer service with 5 stars as they always answered in a prompt and efficient manner.

Everything ok. The parcel was delivered on time. Shipping was from Italy to Belgium.

I had a problem because the courier did not collect on the scheduled day, but the customer care service was brilliant and the courier collected the parcel the day after! After that, everything else has been very smooth!
Picked parcel early on date of collection - very efficient. Would use again.
