According to them they have been trying to deliver the parcel for 3 days, and either the address was wrong or the consignee refused the parcel. The address is correct and I have been home all day long, but nobody has contacted me to sort this out. This is unacceptable, I don't recommend Ecoparcel.

Very good service in time and they give me a box for my lugguage because i don't have this.
I sent some parcels from UK to Czech Republic and they never arrived. They didn't provide number or anything and it was everything done through ecoparcel website and customer support who didn't help at all. My parcels were returned to UK without explanation only "Delivery problems" so I have no parcels and I wasted my money. Not very impressed
