I was expecting a further package monitoring. For instance, giving more information about the courrier company which is dealing with the parcel in each country, how is it being transported (By plane, train....) Likewise, it would be great having the whole route in advance, as well as a trip duration, though it may just be estimated. However, box has been delivered in perfect conditions without no damages, which is wonderful.

Fast delivery but box arrived little bit damaged
The package was shipped from southern Italy on Tuesday and it arrived in Slovakia on Friday around midday. It was in perfect condition, without even a scratch on it. Furthermore the price is really cheap compared to other companies.
Reasonable price and fast for an almost 2kg parcel Spain to UK
My first order had to be cancelled because the pick up did not work out. Communications with the customer service was tricky and slow. I would have liked to have a phone number to call... The second order/try worked out well. Pick up and delivery took place as scheduled.
They firstly lost my parcel, then arrived. They just told me: "I am truly sorry about it but I have just received a confirmation from the depot that your parcel is now officially considered lost, and no more searches will be started as the previous ones were unsuccessful". They didn't give me any kind of information or support, they don't answer to emails and requests or questions. I waited my parcel 4 weeks. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED
