UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE ! My and my friends, as students coming back from Erasmus in Coimbra - Portugal, choose Europarcel to send our luggage. No luggage has been collected on time (some after 2 weeks). I had to transfer the package to another address and in this purpose - change the order. I asked for return of money to ecobalance, sending two e-mails with explanation that money cannot be returned to my bank account as it has been closed. They misread it, and refund it directly to the card. I lost 55 euro, I have no package and no contact from their site!
There was big delay in delivery, that we weren't warn about. When purchasing the order we were told delivery will be in next 6-8 days, but the package was delivered only 14th day. Big disappointment (as package was a gift that supposed to arrive before brother's birthday).

It would be great if the delivery company on the destination would be know. Therefore, if people are not at home they can contact for rescheduling.
Service was professional and in time. Delivered to Birmingham from Spain within a week.package arrived in good condition although containing glass bottles. Strongly recommended
