Very quick pick up and kept updated on a regular basis on its progress..
I've been waiting the whole day for my parcel to be collected (i'm leaving the country tomorrow) but no one ever came. I received an email saying the parcel wasn't collected because i wasn't home which is completely untrue as i spent the whole day waiting for it. And now when i went to fill in a ticket to the service they say my order doesn't exist ! This is the worst service i have encountered.
The parcel arrived open and that's enough to say.
My package came back in a perfect conditions and it was really faster and cheaper.
