Fast and efficient

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! While I'm sure that 95% of the time everything works according to plan with EcoParcel, you don't want to be part of the other 5%. I had two bags, with all of my sports equipment in them (valued at around 3000 euros), picked up in Stockholm, Sweden, to be delivered to Grenoble, France. The pickup when smoothly, but the delivery, which was supposed to have arrived over two weeks ago, never happened. I have had an absolute nightmare dealing with this company, trying to find my bags. I was having my bags delivered to the summer school I was attending, and while the tracking service shows the bags as delivered, they were not. It shows both bags having been delivered on separate days, and signed for by the same 'person' named "DEJESUS" (really?), even though there is no one with that name at the school, and they were supposed to be delivered to a specific person. I have talked to that person, and anyone who would have received the bags, and they have definitely not been delivered. They don't have a phone number, and I wasn't able to find one online after over an hour of looking, so quick contact with them is near impossible. They also are extremely slow with email responses, and it often takes multiple emails from me and a couple days to get a response. Once I do get a response, they either mention that the parcels have already been delivered, which isn't true, or say they are elevating the status of my situation, without actually doing anything. I got the most insurance EcoParcel would let me, which is 600 euros per bag, that I will be trying to claim now, but based on my experience so far, I don't think that will go very smoothly. Trust me, pay the extra money for a more reputable company, especially if your packages have important items in them. The money you would save is not worth losing your packages and pulling out your hair in frustration dealing with the company.

It took one week to ship one package as I never knew when the courier was at the pick up address. Customer service does not exist, so if you have question don't expect any assistance.

Got here very fast once they picked it up. Every delivered safely and in good condition. And so much cheaper than competitors!

Very efficient enquiry service. Punctual collection of parcel. Haven't had delivery yet, but hopefully all will be well. Fully recommend this delivery company. Update: I understand the parcel arrived punctually and in perfect condition. I cannot recommend this service enough. Very competitively priced and an excellent tracking device as well as excellent communication support system and a really easy to use website. Brilliant!

Overall good and fast service. There was just a small misunderstanding on the final status of the order but customer service was very helpful and fast!

I would recommend this company to anyone. Simple and fair price.
