The delivery service was ok. Parcels collected and delivered on time. But the inability to provide my uk mobile as the contact number caused me a major problem (had to be a local number). I was also unhappy that there was no contact telephone or even for support which I needed as I wanted to provide additional info on collection. The lack of support is likely to stop me using this company again.

Pickup worked flawlessly, company kept in touch throughout the entire process to make sure pickup would occur at a convenient time. We sent two shipments to two adresses (8 parcels to one, 4 to the other), and all made it to the correct address within 2 days (!).

The company asked my when I want my package to be picked up, and I asked the to come before noon. The driver arrived at 4 p.m., this was a little inconvenient, otherwise it was a really fast process and I got my package delivered in 3 days.

Cheap and efficient! I completely trust this service. I have used it in Ireland and in England and it was perfect. Highly recommended.

Took over a month for my parcel to arrive, and the communication with the ecoparcel.eu was poor. Good prices though, and the parcel was delivered in one piece.

It worked very well except that the parcel wasn't picked up at the same day, they just came the next day.
