Late 2 weeks, Promised 2-4 days. They do not call if they are behind your door, no sms, no e-mail what day and time they will be in your place. For me it was horror- for logistic company is not allowed these kind of things - I lost trust immediately,
Parcel arrived on time but the robot for cooking included in the box arrived damaged.
I cannot fault the service , ease of transaction and delivery time ... outstanding value!

I was really afraid by some reviews first, but took the risk and I'm very happy with their service! pickup and delivery was on time, and parcels were totally okay. I believe half of the people who have good reviews won't take the time to write it, so I decided to share my good experience. I didn't have any trouble with Ecoparcel and will probably use them again!
