I was a bit nervous when I decided to go with ecoparcel because of some of the bad reviews and I had a tight deadline. I had 4 different orders and questions with each of them and customer service always responded promptly. They picked up 7 large boxes from 2 different locations as scheduled on a Thursday in Germany and I received them on Tuesday in Spain. The boxes were a bit banged up, but so far I haven't found anything broken with the 1st shipment. You can't beat their prices and I would definitely use them again!
Cheap. the parcel was picked on monday and delivered the next monday. It was supposed to take 2-4days
Great and quick service. I really appreciate the phone call in advance from driver because some other companies would just show up and you have to be at home waiting for them the whole day, but this service is very well organized. Definitely using them again!

My first time with Ecoparcel, and although the service was timely on the second attempt, we had some issues with the first pick-up attempt. I have to appreciate the speed with which the customer service answered to my email, however in the future I wish there was an help-desk number offered on your website as well.
