Good service, the parcel arrives in a few days. I wish that they could tell us when they'd deliver, like morning or afternoon instead of 8am-6pm

El servicio de recogida de ASM en España es deficiente. Finalmente, después de tres días, tuvimos que llevar el paquete al depósito de ASM en C/ Rosalía de Castro de Barcelona, para que fuera expedido.

Very fast and cheap.

The parcel arrived on time but it had clearly been open during its way since the tape had been cut. I did not find any message from Spanish or Irish customs about a possible check so I'm still wondering who opened it. I had nothing valuable there though, but still this fact make me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Super fast delivery, the tracking is very helpful as well, complete satisfaction so far.

They lost my package! That was in August and I was just told they will stop looking for my case in their warehouses. I am now waiting for compensation.

Después de tres semanas sigo sin recibir ninguna respuesta por Ecoparcel. Recogieron mi caja pero nadie me puede decir dónde está. Desde la empresa subcontratada AGL me informan que en sus registros aparece como dañada. Han puesto una reclamación a Ecoparcel pero nadie da una respuesta. He enviado más de 10 e-mails y la única respuesta que he recibido es que me darán una respuesta. Pero como se puede considerar una empresa profesional con este tipo de respuesta? Cómo alguien puede confiar en el envío de sus paquetes cuando no hay un departamento que te informa en caso de pérdida, daño o retraso ? Esto es vergonzoso, no es la primera vez que me llega una caja dañada. Ahora simplemente no ha llegado. No aconsejo en absoluto contratar con ellos porque, sí, puedes tener suerte y que te llegue pero si no te llega nunca te contestarán para informarte. Estoy totalmente desesperada y nadie me informa de nada. No hay un teléfono de atención al cliente lo que hace más injusta la reclamación.
