Esperienza pessima,martedi 24 settembre il mio pacco è partito da Palermo in Italia e il martedi 3 ottobre arrivato a Varsavia ;il tracking annuncia fuori per consegna , oggi 5 ottobre non è ancorastato consegnato e nessuno ha avvisato il ricevente di eventuali disguidi. Sono molto arrabbiata per il comportamento irriguaedoso verso i clienti.

Still no parcel after one month- for no reason. Many deliveries went well but this one didnt succeed for NO REASON. No damages, no insurance and no parcel for now.
