Easy to book the parcel, they turned up on the day they said they would, parecl arrived at destination. All very easy and efficient. 2nd time I've used them, would do again, no problem.

they are thieves, they wont deliver your package, wont return your goods and wont even refund you. thieves thieves thieves. no customer service

Opened a ticket with them #51725 since my parcel was damaged in transit. This was 2017-11-21 , I was told that they should reach a resolution within 30 Days. Both me and the sender has since then been trying to communicate with Ecoparcel but with no results. There has been no updates and no resolution to my claim. Me and the sender keep on asking for updates and information but they just keep on ignoring us. Please take your responsibility as a Company and solve our claim.

The last information I had from Ecoparcel Nov 27th! All she needs to do is pass on my information to GLS who made the faults. I have tried twice to get GLS to take responsibility. Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner ninguna!!!!!! Tenían que pasar el 19 de diciembre (no pasó nadie a por el paquete) ni tampoco avisaron aunque tenían el número de teléfono claro. Salía como recogido mientras yo aún lo tenía en casa. Me quejo al transportista, me quejo a ecoparcel y nadie contesta. Era un regalo de navidad que tuve que enviar al final por correos y no llegó a tiempo tampoco. Servicio de atención al cliente NULO por parte de ecoparcel. He enviado un montón de e-mails y no contestan a nada (solo uno después de ser muy pesada, que darían la orden al transportista para pasar a recogerlo cuando ya había pasado navidad y yo ya lo había enviado por correo normal) les he pedido que me devuelvan el dinero y sin contestación, aunque he visto y leído que no soy la única, LE HA PASADO A MÁS GENTE!!!! Siempre he contratado por otra página y ningún problema, no sé porque cambié la verdad! He perdido el dinero sin tener ningún servicio, pero no me volverá a pasar.

good service. the parcel was collected on the agreed date and arrived unscathed. cheap price, but you have to wait the whole day until your parcel is collected or you have to provide access.
