The service was perfect. The package was picked up as planned and delivered from Denmark to Bulgaria in 3 days despite the holidays traffic. Highly satisfied and will definitely use their services again.

They arrived to collect and deliver the box in the morning so it was good, I did not have to wait the whole day at home. The box arrived 4 days later, as planned, and in the good conditions.

I have booked with this company at the beginning of December to send a parcel. They have never collected it. Since that I am requesting a refund and they even don´t answer my emails. Really bad service
