Tracking information for delivery was confusing.. it said parcel successfully delivered, but no details of which depot or reference number. After trying unsuccessfully for a day to locate it the details arrived the following day. A lot of messing about could have been avoided if the information had been clearer

Good afternoon, as you can see from the tracking, the parcel was delivered to a post office next to your address as courier couldn't find the consignee. Further information has been sent via SMS.
