The pick up of the parcel was seamless but my parcel says delivered to my office but the mailroom hasn't received anything and I cannot contact EcoParcel to find out where my parcel has been delivered.

Hi Minaz, in case parcel is delivered to a mailroom of an office building, it's up to an office building staff to sort the parcels/mail. We don't change any labels or consignee details, hence, mailroom has received it under the name of the consignee in the shipping details. We can request a Proof of delivery (name and signature of a mailroom employee for you to doublecheck it.)
