Todo ha llegado en perfecto estado. Siempre uso ecoparcel para enviar mis cajas al o desde el extranjero. Nunca he tenido ningún problema. Lo único que se podría mejorar es el seguimiento, que a veces no se actualiza en un par de días.

Serviço excelente! A recolha e a entrega foram rápidas e correu tudo sem problemas. As encomendas chegaram em perfeito estado, o que me deixou bastante satisfeita. Como sugestão, seria ainda mais prático se existisse a possibilidade de recolha sem necessidade de presença no local. No geral, fiquei muito contente com o serviço e voltarei a utilizar.
