This is second time I am using Ecoparcel and they have done a wonderful job and have safely transferred the parcel from Sweden to Germany. There was some delay in the delivery but I think that is due to Covid situation. So extra points for their drivers and delivery personnel, greatly appreciate their work.
Like always, very good service! My parcel even arrived one day before than expected. Only the box was a little bit broken on the bottom but all the content was fine.
Everything went well, the package arrived in perfect shape and in time.
The box came a but later then expected, but appart from that everything was perfect. Insider the box where some fragile things and everything came in one piece.
The courier doesn't call before the pickup. They should, of course call!
