Safe and reasonable priced service Items picked up at second attempt on same day due to initial collection van too full to take our 10 large boxes. 9 Items arrived safely and undamaged from Italy to the UK, the remaining box turned up 3 days later. Good communications with staff who kept me informed and answered all questions promptly. Have used this firm before and will do so in the future.
Excellent door to door service from Spain to UK. Kept informed at all significant stages by Ecoparcel, and could check more detail on carrier’s site. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that it took 2 weeks. However I guess in a global pandemic that’s not bad!

Good afternoon, we are very sorry for a delay in collection. Our partners couldn't cope with demand last month due to lockdown, thus, there was a 1-day delay of collection. Nonetheless, we had this specific route under "Disturbed service - possible delays". We are very sorry, but we cannot issue a full refund for a delay in a collection.

Very effiecient, parcel arrived a day before due which was good given it cointained sealed food. Price slightly higher than estimated but still quite competitive.
