I use ecoparcel on average 5 to 6 times a month. Everything always delivered, usually within times stated and when not it’s due to the couriers involved not ecoparcel. Prices are the best around, even when insurance added. Customer support have always replied when I’ve contacted them, not always the quickest but have always replied and answered all questions. Hopefully they will continue expanding routes I recommend 👍
