Everything was smooth and how it was promised. It would be helpful tho to provide exact shipping and pick up times to avoid the waiting time (which from 8-18 is way to much).
Very good service! Would reccomend! Didn’t even need to print labels, they sourced everything.
Never received a confirmation email. or labels. Paid 18 euro more than a week ago but nothing has been collected yet. Very disappointed

Good afternoon, All information, including labels is sent to the shipper's email address provided (in this case, I can see that the hotel's email address was provided by you, thus, it was sent to the assigned email address). In addition to that, labels can be downloaded via the section "My Orders" by clicking "Download Labels". Your parcel was collected from the reception of the hotel and delivered in the Netherlands, additional information is provided on the tracking page.
Great service. I used it from Czech Republic to Germany.
Good . But tracking updates are not real and are always late.
