Transporation took 2 days
I helped both pick up and dropp off drivers with packages. I chose door to door service so I wont carry any weight for back problems. In the pick up I had to bring both packages down. In the dropp off I carried a package from the car to the house.
Collection was not done as scheduled and there is no Customer Service. Reply online was slow and took few days. Asked for some quotes never got them. Unhappy!

Parcel has been sitting in Italy for two days. They did not pick up their phone and gls did not respond to any requests for clarification. I would love to say this was good experience and the ordering and pick up were great. But why was a parcel few kilometers from final destination for two days?

Had 3 boxes and 2 luggages. 2 boxes out of 3 arrived broken and in one of them there was a music instrument that got damaged. It was written outside the box and I specified that also while buying the service.

Easy booking. Delivered inside foreseen time frame. No possibility to call and arrange pick up hour with carrier, which might cause difficulties to businesses. Once had a case with no money back after cancellation of the shipment due to carrier no show up. Waiting for months on reimbursement.
