Terrible service. Just terrible! The box that arrived was not the original one. It arrived at the destination completly broken, more than half the content was broken. I have pictures proving all of this. I want to know who is going to be responsible for this!

I hoestly was not sure my parcel of 20kg would arrive from Luxembourg to spain but was surprise of the efficiency of this service despite the bad reviews. a relief !!

Really good price and really fast delivery. It only took 4 days for my parcels to get from Austria to Spain. They also work with good delivery companies, such as GLS, in which you know you can trust. The boxes got to their destiny in perfect state. The only thing in which I think they still have to get better is in the possibility of tracking your parcels so you are aware in every moment of where they are. But everything else is perfect.
