La caja ha llegado completamente rota y abierta . Quiero poner una reclamación. Se han perdido objetos que se encontraban en el interior de la caja. Además, uno de los objetos que habían dentro se han roto . Un completo desastre, no volveré a usar ecoparcel. Me gustaría adjuntar fotos y no me deja.
A la hora de la recogida hubo un malentendido entre ambos y tuve que esperar el fin de semana entero.hasta que me lo recogieran. El paquete llegó mojado y la caja casi rota. Poco cuidado por su parte.
