My package was broken, i was pay insurence but now nobody answer to my, and they dont have phone number
Extreamly quick service. I did an erasmus exchange year in France and had to send my things back to Estonia, everything went well. Only downside i would say, is that the timeframe for the pickup is so wide and i had to make my whole day free for that.

I got my parcels on time even though they showed up one day later to pick up my parcels. The only complaint is the customer service. It’s really difficult to contact anyone if you are having any issues.
