Pick and delivery was on time. Only thing that can be improved is there should be a 2 to 3 hour window for pickup not 8 hours.

Tuve que volver a toda prisa a mi domicilio ya que se negaron para subil el paquete al segundo piso , me comentan que no pueden gestionar peso mayor a 20 kg ¿y mi preguna es por que nos dejan contratar 30? si vuestros colaboradores se niegan a cargar con el peso ademas muchas de las cosas viene rotas dentro del paquete.

He pedido enviar tres paquetes desde Berlin a España. El primer paquete me lo recogieron sin problema pero el segundo y el tercero he tenido que pedir dos veces un “rebooked day of picking up”, porque, aun estando yo en casa todo el día para que recojan los paquetes, pendiente al timbre de mi apartamento para abrirle al momento y todo; no ha pasado nadie ni me han tocado el timbre, dejándome a mi como que estaba ausente en casa y pidiendo que pague 5€ mas cada vez que ellos (los repartidores) fallaban, ya llevo 15€ gastados de más. La atención al cliente es decente (si consigues hablar con alguien) pero los repartidores/recogedores de paquetes, por lo menos en Berlín, un desastre
