I texted you several time for a tracking number, because in Romania you can't import a parcel with value over 2000€ without a UIT code. But no one replied me, thanks God that the fines are after the New Year. You have to improve the communication with the customer.

Everything was perfect
Attention, payments sometimes remain as Rejected and then go to Successful status. But in the meantime, if you have paid again, they will only refund a small portion. A very serious situation that I have already reported.

Order status "Rejected", means that our local partners rejected the order due to incorrect/imprecise shipping details provided, such as wrong phone number, city name etc.
Our staff goes through rejected orders manually, fixes them and resubmits to the courier.
