Pickup ok... delivery nobody call us before delivery was canceled and returned home. Two week's takes to bring the They send email to insert additional information but we no replay in time. WHY NO CALL? we loose time this way All the info was on the packages, written so somebody could have seen it on the packages in GLS.

customer service is incredibly slow, the pricing is good but if there is an issue with a parcel it is not resolved quickly. at times they do not get back to you.

I have sent 10 boxes in a 15-day newspaper. A shipment has been blocked because the delivery man did not come that day. came the next day and now there is no follow-up I am trying to communicate with customer service and no one answers me. I have already spent more than €400 and I have no answer. I have sent several emails and no one answers me. I need to talk to someone

The collection was booked for 18/11/2024, as per the GPS of the courier's van, the courier had arrived at 18/11/2024 17:48:35, but the shipper was absent, thus, the collection has been deemed cancelled.
Please follow the instructions provided in the ticket for rebooking the collection.
