So far so good; I have sent a few packages so far and have never had any problems. Ecoparcel is a very reliable company. It would be a good idea (in case of door to door service) to be able to choose at least pick up approximate time alternatives (e.g. between 9 and 13, or 10-15, etc..) so that a person doesn't have to stay at home all day waiting for a courier
