quería enviar un paquete de España a Polonia y hacia todos los pasos y me daba como rechazado estuvo hablando con alguien de ecoparcel por un chat que tiene la página y me dicen que hay algún error y que lo intente de otra forma lo intento dos veces mas de otra forma me sigue dando rechazado y cual es mi sorpresa que una hora mas tarde me aceptan los tres envíos y además me cobran los tres envíos que estaban rechazados, vuelvo a hablar con el chat de la página y me dicen que si quiero anular me cobran 6€ por cada uno vamos que tuve que pagar tres envíos y hacer uno solo UN DESASTRE

Your order requests were accepted; however, there were some issues with your address or a missing local phone number. As a result, our team had to manually review and verify your orders. This process was completed within an hour of the order being placed.
Once our Quality Team corrected the inaccurate details, the labels were generated, and the collections were scheduled accordingly.
