For almost 3 months the system problem doesn’t resolve

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent delivery, as all the items in my parcel arrived damaged, despite being properly packed and protected. I have photographic evidence clearly showing the condition of the items before and after shipping. I would like to know what steps will be taken to address this situation and how I can proceed with a claim for compensation for the damages and losses incurred.
