Me llegó el paquete totalmente dañado. Escribí que contenía productos frágiles, están todos rotos. No recomiendo Ecoparcel

Según nuestra información de seguimiento, el paquete fue entregado sin daños visibles en el exterior, pero entendemos lo importante que es que el contenido llegue en perfectas condiciones, especialmente tratándose de productos frágiles.
Le pedimos por favor que se ponga en contacto con nosotros a través del Centro de Ayuda y nos envíe fotografías del estado del paquete y de los productos dañados. Así podremos revisar el caso con mayor detalle y brindarle una solución adecuada.

My box had a few holes on the sides. Overall, the items themselves were not damaged.
Parcel was delivered in 4 days
Transporation took 3 days
There are no ways to actually contact them and when you u finally do they say they can’t and just wait for their response. Who knows when and what. Adding to that no one showed up for a pick up and system is not even allowing to get refund or reschedule of the collection.
Parcel was delivered from Denmark to Lithuania in 4 working days. Good service for good price
