NO possibility to call, no individual way to communicate is a NO GO for business accounts, worse ever, YOU delivered package to wrong address, demage of 200€, no way to claim, no way for refund, your fault, no communication possible, that`s for cheap minds but NOT FOR BUSINESS !!!

Customer service is not good
It works fine and it is even less complicated, than you think, but for the first time you really have to figure out how to do things properly. If you want to get rid of expensive airline baggage costs, send your belongings to the venue, then back home, instead of carrying them on the plane.

my order was processed very slowly and I received no email conformations. this lead me to miss a collection, re-book (pay twice) and have to contact support several times. Support was semi-helpful so overall not terrible but pretty poor
