Fast and very easy to send something
I wasted pretty much time chatting with incompetent customer support manager trying to figure out do I need to print out the labels on parcels. Only next day I obtained the final response but I put a lot efforts to print that labels as I don’t have a printer

If you selected the printer-free option when placing your order, you don’t need to print the label. However, we’ve still provided a copy in case you’d like to print it for your records.
