While the process was speedy, the boxes (2 × 15 kg) were poorly handled, as some of the stuff inside was either broken or damaged.

The package got there. Some more details in the tracking info would be nice. The package left the parcel center in Ireland on 30/1 and also on 2/2 with no noticeable change in location. That could improve.

Due to the storm Chandra in Ireland, the ports were closed.
Parcels remained stored until the ports had opened for export from Ireland.
