I'm finding very well with Ecoparcel, fast, punctual and very cheap!!!!!!!!
There was initial confusion with pick up and the website not updating for 3 days, but after this everything went smoothly. Customer service did respond to my emails to reassure me everything was fine. This time it did take a little longer for my parcel to get to its destination - 9 days, but as long as it got there that was my main concern. I will continue to use ecoparcel as they have the best prices and have been reliable both times previously.
We have been using this company for several years across Europe. We are very happy with the way they conduct their business, we have tried others but Ecoparcels always come up on top. Thank you!
Ecoparcel should improve the collection. For example phoning the clients for collecting the parcels. Before 2017, they phoned me de day before in Pontevedra.
