Got really bad service. My parcel was in an odd size, and ecoparcel never told me, just left the parcel in a warehouse. Had to report it missing before they returned it. And still charged full price. I NEVER USE ECOPARCEL AGAIN.

The dealer did not call the telephone number indicated on the package. Also did not see the correct address that was in the package. This caused the delivery to be delayed.
