I have to say that the service has improved a lot since I started using it, mainly answering quickly every question I ask, and giving quick account of parcel tracking.Only one thing I am no happy about: it would be good to know(roughly)the time the courier will collect the parcel, or even provide an address where I can drop the parcel myself if this is easier for me than wait at home for long hours.
I tried this service after few disappointments with eurosender (GLS), and here's another. I provided all details needed, and they didn't forward my mobile number to courier on first day of delivery, then I waited another 4 days to have it and what a surprise - another damaged item.

I've used Ecoparcel several times and I confess I chose it because of the competitive price and anyway I never had problems. A very good thing is that I don't need a printer to print out any kind of label before collection time.

Fast and efficient delivery. I will use ecoparcel service as many times as needed.
I sent 6 packages from Finland to Belgium. It took 5 working days. It was fast with reasonable price and great service.
Delivery, transit and collection of my suitcase in time and without problems. Everything went well!
It was all very good. The only issue: If a pickup time is communicated they should stick to the time and make it planable for customers.
