They sent me a box from Spain to Finland... Instead of to my place (no one came, no one called) I had to pick it up and walk 2km with 30kg box... Fresh air (-15) and some exercise is what Ecoparcel wanted for me... My tip? Use some other delivery company instead ;)

Easy and fast except they don't call you before coming but still very good.
They come on time and delivered at right time
After some trouble to specify the weight of the parcels in the order, everything went just fine.
