Good price, good service and packages have always been delivered.

I selected this service after some friends recommended me this company. Bad choice. The day after booking, and just one day before the collection, I realized the shipping address was missing the door number. My bad, I admit it. As it was an urgent issue, I tried to call the customer services and they don't have a contact number. I sent an email (including the correct address) which was responded very quickly with an unexpected answer: They can't change the shipping address. WHAT? A shipping company is not able to change a shipping address when the parcel is still to be picked up?? The option given was to cancel and re-book. I sent an email right after this shocking conversation inquiring about the re-booking process which was responded the day after, quite late as it was the day I was expecting the driver to show up. After a long wait, the driver called to say he was on the wrong route and he won't be able to collect them that day. Appalling. 5 mins after I received another call from another driver saying he could collect them at the end of the day because, thankfully, he lives closed by. After having wasted a day waiting, I carried the 2 big boxes myself downstairs for their collection and, to my surprise, as he wasn't the designated driver for my route, he didn't have any confirmation or invoice to give me nor any stickers to put on the boxes. At that point I started to be very regret to have selected this service. After a few days I could see that my boxes were in transit and I was praying they were shipped to the correct address. The parcels were delivered in timely manner. Thank you. However I received an email the delivery day saying that the address provided was wrong and that I needed to provide a new one. Agian. And without any further contact I received a new email, on the same day, saying my boxes were delivered. Still cannot believe this. Good delivery times. Very bad customer service.

No problem excellent value shipping. Only downside is that it is difficult to contact the company to get questions answered. Shipped from Netherlands to Ireland - pick up on Monday, delivery on Thursday. Have already recommended the service to others.

Al parecer el paquete llega a su destino, pero lo entregan en un parcel shop y no dejan ningún tipo de nota para poder ir a recogerlo. Llevamos dos días reclamando para que nos indiquen el número de recogida y el lugar donde recogerlo y nadie se digna a darnos la información, solo que nos dirán algo lo antes posible. Es increible que no sepan donde está el paquete y no sepan los datos para poder recogerlo.

I have been using ecoparcel for many years now, and I have been always happy with the service. The prices are competitive, the website is efficient and easy to use. The customer service is nice and helpful. The estimated delivering time can be improved though. I do surely recommend ecoparcel.eu

Used this service as an economy option to send a lightweight, fragile oversized package. The quoted cost was competitive and the delivery time was estimated to be 10 days with collection from my home in Monchique, Portugal. The only issue I had was that I missed the first collection due to the fact that I missed the telephone call from the driver. I live remote to the town and companies have difficulty finding my house. Perhaps an option in the booking system would be to enter GPS co-ordinates? Anyhow, re-booked for two days later and met driver to hand over the package successfully. The package was well packed and was delivered in 9 days. Tracking is available on the website and works well. Apart from the initial problem then I would say this service is actually very good and cost effective
