The customer service is bad! I had an issue with my parcel and I asked the refund and I have payed again the parcel... so i have payded twice! I wrote several tickets.. no one answered .... not even one! Poor service.
I received the letter informing that my parcel is ready for pick-up. I went to the botique right away but my package was not there yet. I had to wait and return on the next day.

SCAM! Ordered parcel for collection a week ago, they charged us all right, but no collection and no response from them, no re-scheduling and no refund. They are quick to take your money but slow in resolving issues or even replying to let us know whats happening. Avoid at all costs!

Ho spedito una valigia dall'Inghilterra alla Sardegna ed è stata consegnata dopo 6 giorni. L'ho imballata nel cellophane usando anche carta da imballo intorno a manico e ruote ed è arrivata integra. Molto soddisfatta del servizio, non do il massimo punteggio perché quando si vuole seguirne il percorso le informazioni sono un po' vaghe, sapevo che la valigia era in Italia ma non dove, in più come sottolineato da tutti non si riceve orario preciso di ritiro e consegna, che possono avvenire in qualunque momento dalle 8 alle 18.
