worst company ever. would not recommend or use. collection was good but it went downhill from there. Got notified twice that items were out for delivery, spent 72h at home waiting for the boxes as it said i would be delivered between 8 and 18. Boxes never arrived. Tried to get in touch with them through all possible channels, not a single answer. My advise is to pay a bit more but use a reliable source, It is incredible that a company handling your goods does not have a reliable customer service or a phone number

Really good, faster than expected
Very good service. I'd left a leather ruck sack in Spain. After a recent trip . The host at the villa we stayed at confirmed that it was there. I then subsequently found eco parcel online. Filled in all the required details and the parcel was picked up and delivered to me within 3 days!!! On there standard service...
Fast, cheap and safe.
Simple to follow website and a quick response to a question I had by email. Collected on the day agreed in Spain and delivered to Germany within the agreed timescale. Parcel and contents were not damaged. Great service, fair price and will use again. Thanks

The completion of the service has been really quick and all the items inside the parcel were totally undamaged, for sure I'll go with EcoParcel next time as well. Cheap, fast and reliable, couldn't ask for a better delivery :)
