Yes, we guarantee one collection attempt as part of the service. If the courier decides to return on the next business day, this is at their discretion and not something we can guarantee.

In cases where the initial collection fails and no second attempt is made, the order is marked as cancelled.

However, to help resolve such situations, we offer a Rebook Collection option through the "My Orders" self-service interface. This allows you to request another collection attempt for a fee of up to €5 (update address and select a new collection date), which covers the cost of the additional collection, not the full transportation charge.

Good afternoon,

We see that you’ve booked two separate orders from different addresses and for delivery to two different countries. Please note that each route is handled by a different courier.

For your first shipment, the parcel was collected on July 15, 2025 at 12:00. The courier then visited the second pickup location at 16:00, but was unable to collect the parcel as the shipper was not available. The courier returned the following day to complete the collection.

Your parcel was picked up in France and delivered to the consignee in Belgium within 48 hours, exactly as outlined in your booking.

If you would like to have multiple parcels collected from the same address in a single stop, please create one order and add all of your parcels to that order.
