EcoParcel is a great company! Currier came on time, pack came fast and not damaged. For all the time the company informed me about every step.

Excellent service, Delivery and post-sell Customer service. Laura and Larry Customer service in particolar. Everything was nice Customer experience. Delivery is great and website works at the best.

This is the second time I use Ecoparcel and it's been impeccable again. I got my parcels in time, they were as punctual as they said they'd be and, most important, it's an affordable way to send parcels! In my experience, it's the perfect service to avoid checking in at the airport (but not only). I will use Ecoparcel again soon, for sure. Thanks!

The only "problem" was that I sent it at the same time as my friends, all the same, same city, weigh and so on and I received it one day later, 7 days. Poland - Spain. I wrote them and in few hours they answered saying that everything was going well. The package was a bit grated, but nothing out of expected. I will repeat for sure.

I chosed ecoparcel for sending my luggage, but they didn't pick it up since apparently it is not possible to send luggage (altought in the web they don't mention explicitily that is not allow, they just mention you have to protect it somhow, as I did), only boxes. However, the fact that they didn't make me pay again for sending the parcel (this time through a box) was quite satisfactory for me. Thus, I recomment Ecoparcel, but be aware about not sending luggage!

This service really needs to be improved. My parcel was picked up on the 25th June, in Italy, for a delivery in France. When I ordered, the time indicated was 48h. However, I received it only today (2nd of July). So if you are in hurry, I don't recommend. For two days, my parcel got out of the warehouse in the morning to get back to it in the evening. It is impossible to know neither where is this warehouse, nor which is the French firm taking care of the parcel. You are just in the blue during the whole process. The only indications you get are useless, some codes and "inbound/outbound". Funny thing, however, when they "cannot" deliver the package, they send you an automatic e-mail asking you to provide them any further useful information, despite the fact you already entered all needed info when ordering. I am still wondering to what purpose they ask phone numbers. And as you can already guess, it is absolutely impossible to contact the customer service. I suspect the contact form on their website to be just a screen. And of course you cannot find their e-mail address anywhere. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We can understand all the issues and problems of the world, but we need to be told about it! Concerning the pick up, it's quite epic too. You have to be at home during the whole day. It would be nice to establish some time range when the courier plans to come, for example from 8h-12h or 12h-18h. Or they could provide the number of the delivery firm, so we can call and discover it by ourselves. This really could be improved and would not require an important effort from the delivery service. Once again, improve your customer service, hire one person more dedicated to it, check if the contact form works on your website. This is fundamental. "Good point", the package arrived in a good state. For me, this was a test to know if I will use your company in the future. Well, you failed. I may come back to you if you really improve your customer service. Until then, I prefer to spend some more euros on a delivery where I know I can contact people in case of any problem or question. In conclusion, if you are used to a normal customer service, I do not recommend this company. If you are an anxious person, I definitely do not recommend. Save yourself the trouble and order somewhere else. If you don't really care neither about the time of delivery nor about having info about your belongings and you like to be ignored, then I definitely recommend. I can say that my luggage was delivered in one piece :D but 2 days later. They picked up it on day they said, everything was ok, they also infirmed me where is my luggage, so it was not problem. :D
