This is the second order I made in ecoparcel, I was very happy with the service, the first box arrived without any problem in a few days, the second box arrived today, it's ok, but I'm a little bit disappointed because I wasn't home and the box was delivered in my neighbour house without my permission, I don't even know her and no one notify me about it. I've just received an email saying that I signed in the order, but I didn't, even if I do have it now. I still have an open order left, and I would order with ecoparcel again, but I think that this was very irresponsible, leaving the order in someone else's house without the permission of the owner, they have my phone, they could've contact me. I have to say, other than that everything was great, I have to change the details of one of the orders and they were very helpful, fast and nice.

it's the second time I shipped a parcel with this company and both times without problems. I really recommend it! It's the best: fast and cheaper than all the others companies

The service of Ecoparcel is very good. I sent email to ask about the update information of my parcels, Laura replied me very soon and helped to solve my problem on the same day. And on the next day, I received my parcels. The delivery guy was also very nice. They concerned about the customers. Thank you very much. I will use Ecoparcel again.

Booking the service on ecoparcel seemed somewhat more complicated than I expected. When I experienced problems because I could not book from my postal adress, I tried to find a customber number. Instead, ecoparcel has a form that can be filled out, which I did twice but I got the impression that sending it didn't work, or I just never got an answer. It is kind of weird that ecoparcel might not be informed that customers encounter trouble when sending the form because they will just never know that this happens, unless the customer manages in the end to book the service...like me. I would be happy to see that it was easier to send bags, but for now, I opted for a parcel and from the point of booking it up to delivery, the service was very nice and quick!

I don't wanna give 1 star cause at least the order arrived. 3 attemps trying to speak with a horrible costumer service, everythin by email. And they may gave to me an alternative solution.

I totally recommend this service! Easy to order, fast pick up service and delivery, and professional care! I'm completely satisfied!
