An easy to use website with clear step by step instructions. Parcel was collected when stated and delivered 3 days later with no damage to the packaging at all. This will be my preferred method of sending items abroad. Forget national mail services this service hugely outweighs them. Reasonable pricing.

I used ecoparcel to deliver 4 packages from Netherlands to Portugal. After waiting an entire day at home from 08:00-19:00 for the courier to collect the packages, the courier never came without any notification. I sent to ecoparcel that the courier needs to come the following day strictly by 12:00, because then I had to catch a flight, and otherwise I want a refund. They responded that they instructed the courier to come in the morning. However, once again, the courier never came and there was no notification at all. Because of the unacceptable service of ecoparcel, I had to look for a post company in the last minute which led to me losing my flight... Fortunately, ecoparcel refunded me the whole price I paid for the packages.

I've been using Ecoparcel for almost 2 years now and it surely is the best economic shipping service out there. I mostly ship between Italy and Denmark and the parcel has always arrived on time within 3 working days. The prices are really good, especially when compared to other companies. I only had a problem once, when the courier didn't come on the chosen day and I had to cancel the pick up. But that's probably a problem with the shipping company rather than Ecoparcel itself. The cancellation and refund process was easy and quick, so +1 for the assistance. Don't expect too much help from couriers in taking the parcel to/from the truck, so keep it in mind if you have to carry downstairs a 35kg box and you don't have an elevator and/or too much strength. Very recommended service, I will surely keep using it.

Dead easy, seamless and fuss free. Picked when they said they would, delivered when they said they would. Tracking ref all worked fine. Would defo use this company again, no problems whatsoever. Would have been nice it the receiver had somehow indicated that the parcel arrived safely.
