Very good service. Easy to order and super fast delivery (less than a week). In case I need a parcel company in the future will definetly order with ecoparcel again.

I packed my parcel well, everything came in perfect condition, and 1 day earlier. +recommendation. :)

I had a very good service, for personal reasons I was not able to give the box to the carrier and the driver scheduled an hour to pick my box upon my request. smooth and easy. no complications at all.

Eco parcel has a great customer support with prompt reply. I had a few issues from before booking and through out the booking process. I am glad I have Liza from the customer support department to keep me informed and assist me with the requests I have.

We are so pleased with the service that came from ECO parcel...From the nice young man that collected the parcel to the support service ie: Liza who was very helpful with all the questions that I asked....What more can I say apart from it is good when staff aim to please and we will recommend eco parcel to all our friends in Spain and UK. I'm from Italy and used Ecoparcel.eu for five times in the last three years to France. I must say that it worked out great for all shipments so I would recommend this service to anyone. I mean that prices are very competitive.

Actually at first I regretted to choosing ecoparcel. I paid online in their website and it said they will pick up in 3 days but it took 10 days for their Swedish agent to come and pick it. This is the one thing they they drove me crazy. But then I thought they would take more than a week to deliver but alas, here they were at my home on the 2rd day since they picked it up
