I used Ecoparcel to send a suitcase in general was good. The only problem was that the courier didn't find the house first time. It would be easier if they called, but they didn't, so they picked up the suitcase next week. Also they said that the suitcase would be in the destination in 5 days and it was 7. I protected the suitcase with lot of plastic protection because I thought they would treat bad but in fact the suitcase was perfect, even the plastic protection was almost new. Really cheap and in general good service. Really good value.

All good. It was fast and easy to order. I have sent 3 parcels from uk to Italy. Will use it again :)) Thank you

He leido muy malas experiencias sobre esta empresa, pero aún así le di una oportunidad. Todo genial! Las cajas llegaron en 4 dias a su destino y como no había nadie en casa en ese momento, dejaron un aviso y se quedó en que pasarian al siguiente dia laboral. Y así fue! Yo lo recomiendo sin dudarlo! Estoy muy contenta! Un saludo
