If it goes well, ok, it goes well but you need to still stay on top of the track and tracing. If it goes wrong, which is does quite often; with no-shows of drivers for example, the support service is a nightmare. Slow responses and often hiding behind their "flexible cancellation" policy or their logistic partner. If you don't add those 3 euros on each parcel, you always end up paying for cancellation, for rebooking, etc, etc.. It's time consuming to add orders at the platform and business profile is for large volumes per week which most small entrepreneurs don't have. Up to now, only 20% of the parcels arrived within estimated delivery date. Overall the most competitive pricing for heavy parcels, that's probably the only reason why I continue the use of the platform.

I purchased a delivery service advertised as taking 2 to 4 days from France to Czechia; however, the delivery ultimately took 2 full weeks. No explanation was provided for the delay, no one was reachable except an automated online system, and no commercial gesture was offered to acknowledge or compensate for the inconvenience caused. Very disappointed.

Pre zadovoljna. Bili su najpovoljnija opcija pa sam bila malo skepticna, ali uzalud. Paketi su iz Copenhagena stigli u Zagreb nakon 3 dana - cijeli i neosteceni. Sve preporuke!!!
Good service
Parcel number 988887897182 was not delivered to us, it was delivered to someone else. Because I received an email notification: Parcel was delivered and signed by Lubovska. I don't know this lady. I called the GLS customer service line and the operator gave me the courier's phone number. I called the courier and he said that he doesn't deliver in Rovinka. The parcel is lost. Please find our parcel and deliver it to us.

It was fast and decent price. But the courrier who came for the parcel was rude and throw it out into the van.. then, the deliver was GLS and instead of delivering at home they delivered in their local and you have to go for the parcels
