Delivery took 3 weeks, when it had to be delivered in 6 days.

Thank you for your patience regarding your delivery. We regret to inform you that some shipments scheduled over the Christmas period were delayed due to force majeure circumstances.
One of the main ferry routes to Ireland was temporarily closed because of severe storms, which impacted our usual delivery schedule.
We understand the inconvenience these delays may have caused and sincerely apologize. Please rest assured that we have implemented workarounds to ensure that imports to Ireland are resumed. Our operations are back on track, and we are doing everything possible to expedite outstanding deliveries.

After a long waiting period I received the package today, unfortunately it is damaged and missing at least two items, I am trying to contact the Help Center but without success because I am not able to send photos of the damaged package.

Jesus Christ the way my parcel arrived after nearly a month.Blaming the Holyhead port being closed and took 2 weeks to find alternative by GLS crossings the sea to Ireland should not justify the way the parcel arrived.shame it doesn't allow to post pictures too.Can't even get to eco parcel for a claim. The form you need to complete is not on their site and I sent an email but I got it back that is not in use anymore.is a joke!

La caja la recogieron el 16 de diciembre de mi trabajo y el 17 ponía que ya estaba en tránsito. Antes de comprar la caja decían que llegaría el 24 de diciembre a España... Spoiler: la caja no llegó, ni el 24 ni en todas las navidades. Me fui de España y días después llegó la caja. Yo había comprado los regalos de navidad en Dublín para ahorrarme tiempo en España y los regalos llegaron tarde. Intenté contactar con la compañía de envío. El 30 de diciembre la caja aún estaba en Dublín, no había salido de la ciudad ni llegado a España, fue muy triste.
La próxima vez si envío algo lo haré con más antelación sin hacer caso a la fecha de llegada que dan. El precio de esta compañía se envíos es la mejor que encontré.
He enviado una caja de vuelta de España a Dublín, aunque ya no hay prisa, espero que esta llegue a tiempo y... En buen estado como llegó la otra.
