Every single order has been problematic - mostly because of GLS who falsely claim delivery attempts and have lost a delivery. The delivery service paid for has not been provided however the response from ecoparcel staff member flo was to distrust my reports of GLS driver behaviour and to close tickets that are unresolved.

In total, you have shipped 4 parcels with us throughout the month on different occasions.
Two parcels were delivered directly to your address, and two were rerouted to the nearest ParcelShop due to your absence. Our local delivery partners have provided GPS coordinates from the courier’s vehicle at the time of attempted delivery, and we can confirm that on both occasions the courier arrived at your location and attempted delivery.
Please understand that couriers have no incentive to avoid completing a delivery. If they have already reached the destination, it is in their best interest to successfully hand over the parcel rather than reroute it.
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, if delivery to the residential address is unsuccessful, the courier is permitted to leave the parcel at the nearest ParcelShop.
All parcels were later collected from the ParcelShop, and none were lost. Unfortunately, as our team member has previously explained, a refund is not possible in these circumstances.

I used ecoparcel for a pick up in France & delivery in Belgium. Unfortunately the pick up did not go smoothly: the parcel was not picked up as agreed & only after my own follow up (there is no manual or automatic follow up on the ecoparcel's side) & chasing ecoparcel, this was eventually picked up 3 days later. Delivery did not happen within 1-3 days, but it took 6 days. Customer service was not helpful at all & there is no commitment for delivery terms, these were the exact words I received from customer service: The shipping timeline on our page is only an estimate and not a guarantee. There is also no compensation for the inconvenience or the work you need to do yourself to chase ecoparcel.

We sincerely apologize - the pickup window was indeed missed by our local partners.
However, the courier arrived the following day, as the initial collection could not be completed due to traffic issues on the scheduled date.
The parcel was collected on 03 Nov 2025 at 12:09 in France and delivered on 05 Nov 2025 at 13:11 in Belgium.
The delivery was completed within the 1–3 day timeframe.
Transporation took 2 days
